Hauntingly
True Ghost Stories
In her travels as a storyteller around the United
States Harlynne has collected eerie tales of pushes, screams, frightened rabbits,
and other unusual occurrences from the people who experienced them as well as tales
of ghosts in the Texas Governor's Mansion and the Wells College dorms in New York.
Enjoy a bit of a shiver as she narrates these tales. These stories are popular year
round--not just for Halloween! For Older Children and Adults. (

WHAT LISTENERS
AND THE MEDIA SAY ABOUT HARLYNNE GEISLER'S SPOOKY TALES:
Harlynne Geisler's
eyes widen, her voice drops to a whisper, her face tenses. She's about to scare the
wits out of you--and you'll love it! Sometimes when Harlynne tells a Halloween story,
even a sunny day gets spooky. She has a traveling tote bag of tales full of charm,
delight--or at Halloween--fright. Daily Californian newspaper
Delightfully
grim, satisfyingly scary, Harlynne kept us spellbound. I'll remember small handprints,
breath on the back of the neck, and a shove down the stairs. Harlynne's stories leave
a lasting impression. Harlynne's stories about collecting ghost stories have almost
convinced us that ghosts really exist. Marie Burgess, Victoria Storytellers Guild,
Canada
You are terrific! I loved your performance. Come to Alaska. J.

The staff and PTA at Kumeyaay School wish to
thank you for your excellent Halloween assemblies you gave at our school. As the
Director of Programs, I had the teachers rate the assembly. As you can see from the
enclosed copies - you are a PERFECT 10! All the teachers who responded rated you
a 10 and made positive comments. Additionally, they all want you back next year!
Thank you so much for the extra energy you put into your show. W. W., PTA Programs,
Kumeyaay School Teachers' comments: The kids loved her, and so did I! She really
knows her stuff! Captivating and timely!
My favorite story was the one when
the old lady sits up at the wake. It was scary and funny at the same time. Eralia,

This expert storyteller from San Diego can turn even the
hottest desert day into a spine-chilling night with her true and not-so-true ghost
tales. Her one-woman show that has been performed nationwide incorporates her drama
background as she acts out the parts and narrates them.
Geisler said she started
collecting ghost tales and doing additional research to expand her repertoire. She
now has everything from not-so-spooky tales for the very young to spine-chilling
stories with all the guts and gore of any horror flick for teens and wanting adults.
