The San Diego Guild of Puppetry is conducting a MYTH IN THE MAKING WORKSHOP on March 16th, 2010 between 7:00 pm and 8:30 PM. at the A.R.T.S Performance Space located in Pt. Loma, NTC, 2820 Roosevelt Rd., Su.106, San Diego, CA 92106.
Create instant theatre inhabiting masks and manipulating common objects by bringing a myth back from its ancient roots and giving it a contemporary look. This is a theatre of movement.
Wear comfy clothing and bring your imagination. Instructed by Mindy Donner. Instructions geared for teen to adults. Cost: $25.00 for general public / $20.00 for SDGP members. To enroll, send check or money to the San Diego Guild of Puppetry, Inc. at 2203 Saratoga St., Oceanside, CA 92054.

Annual Southern California Storyswap is when all the storytelling groups gather to share stories and companionship. This year it is going to be held in Ventura and coincides nicely with the Ventura Art Walk. The date for the swap is April 17, register by April 1 to pay $20 for the day of storytelling.
